We’ve got a bounce house AND a water slide courtesy of First State Party Queen , a Black family-owned biz that’s been holding it down in Delaware since 2018.

Led by CEO Lakeisha Nix, alongside Jeran and Jeremy Taylor, First State Party Queen isn’t just about party rentals - they’re about community. 10% of their sales go to support families impacted by police violence and grassroots safety efforts. That’s real love in action.

This is what freedom looks like: Black joy, Black ownership, and Black families turning up together!

As we celebrate a momentous day, honoring the freedom of enslaved Africans in America, let it not be lost on us that the fight for Justice and Liberation continues.
