Saw this post yesterday and it cracked me up. So I decided to give Kermie a hand! Pork ribs, pork belly burnt ends, and even did a smoked pork sausage (breakfast sausage) and cheddar cornbread (cornbread also made on the smoker).

Inaugural cook on the new pit! Brisket, brisket burnt ends, a few chicken quarters, pork butt for some pulled pork, and sausage. Also smoked the beef for my cowboy beans and smoked 2 different BBQ sauces. Family thought it was successful!!
