It’s been awhile since we shared the girls behind the scenes, screens, and all the things so we thought we’d pop in, say hey and introduce you to just a few of the ladies who help make the wedding day magic happen! ✨

Heather- Owner, Founder, Lead Florist, Designer (you name it and she probably does it) She’s a born and raised New Braunfelsian and started The Perfect Day over 6 years ago!

Catherine- Project Manager & Principle Planner. She keeps the office running like a well-oiled machine and could win a gold medal for checking things off her clients to-do lists.

McKenna- Principle Planner, Designer, Social Media and Marketing. The gal behind the insta posts and creating the Pinterest worthy designs our clients deserve.

When a wildlife biologist gets married, nature is obviously at the forefront. Hideout on the Horseshoe set the perfect Texas backdrop for Joe and Olivia to tie the knot.

Your venue sets the backdrop of the entire day, its important to make sure you choose a venue that feels like the right fit. With the ceremony site on the bank of the river, and the reception space an outdoor pavilion the venue was a no brainer for these two. Swipe to see a few of our favorite photos!

She was always quick and easy to get ahold of and had great communication skills. When things would go wrong (which a few did at no fault of Sophie’s) she handled everything gracefully and made me feel calm so I could enjoy our day! Everyone Deserves The Perfect Day

A woman with a servant’s heart, along with her husband and two sisters, worked together to make not only their dream come true, but also the dreams of others.

Heather R Orsak and her family—Matthew, Reagan and Ashley—began the adventure of creating The Perfect Day, a full-service wedding and event coordination and rental business in 2018, shortly after the wedding of Heather and Matthew. Heather is born and raised in New Braunfels and loves the hill country living. She has a business management degree from Texas State University and serves on several non-profit boards in the New Braunfels area. Heather serves as Lead Coordinator and Owner of The Perfect Day.

Reagan, Lead Coordinator, makes sure that everything runs smoothly. She forms and nurtures relationships with clients and coordinates with vendors. Reagan, also born and raised in New Braunfels is married with three beautiful children. As a military family, Reagan and her family have lived across country while her husband was serving this country. We are very honored each time a military couple hires us to coordinate their special day.

With a passion for interior design, Ashley follows the lead of Heather and Regan to put together the perfect decor for each event. Ashley has an education degree from Angelo State University and is the youngest daughter of the girls, Heather, Reagan, and Ashley. Ashley is incredibly creative and hard working to ensure your day comes together perfectly.
