We had a wonderful time catering at this stunning venue, Sophie's Gasthaus, please be sure to check them out for special occasions and vacation rental. Located right downtown New Braunfels, Texas for convenience, and has everything you need! Great job on the setup, Hill Country Picnics! We absolutely love partnering with you on these events! ❤

The Menu :

Picnic Appetizers - Mango Pico De Gallo, passionfruit, fresh pineapple, kiwi Fried Plantains, goat cheese stuffed dates, & Bacon wrapped dates, Vegetarian Hummus, Olives marinade in garlic thyme, pepper and basil flakes with water crackers and garnishes

Dinner: Ahi Tuna with ginger soy, passionfruit jasmine rice, fresh caramelized bell peppers, a bed of greens and edamame
Pineapple cucumber salad
Baked tofu with ginger soy sauce
Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon with infused tequila pineapple glaze (We made the agave by mango, pineapple, and lime reduction and added passion fruit for topping), along side fresh tropical fruits.
