We’ve had many years catering for our New Braunfels community. We’ve poured our heart and soul into making each and every event special. We’ve been a part of many intimate celebrations from birthdays, reunions, and anniversaries to City and County meetings and many fundraisers for local schools and non-profit groups. For that we are beyond blessed.

Just like many others in the food business, the pandemic set us back and made us look at the future in a new light and evaluate the definition of the “new normal” for us and our industry.

After much thought and a plethora of prayer, we’ve come to the decision to hang up our aprons for good, close Pavlock’s Cafe & Catering, and begin a new adventure for our family.

We will forever be grateful for the repeat business, support of our friends and family, and especially the love our town has bestowed upon us.

Thank you New Braunfels! And a special thank you to McKenna Center and Alice Jewell for all you have done.

Hey NB, just wanted to say thank you for helping us sell out of our Monday Meatloaf special.
We still have some orders of chicken and dumplings left for tomorrow’s meal and Wednesday’s meal of Pot Roast is filling up fast.

Hey NB we are happy to say that we are back in the kitchen creating great meals for you to take home and enjoy!

We know that some restaurants are slowly opening back up and that’s definitely a good thing. We also know that having options is a good thing too, that’s why we’re starting our take home meal program again.

The menus this time will be a little more straightforward, offering the menu items that sold the best and were the most popular based of your orders.

The order process will be the same. Pick your meal or meals for 2 or 4 people, place your orders at [email protected], pay through Venmo or PayPal (please include PayPal/Venmo name in email).

Menus will run weekly (only M-F) starting on Monday May 4th. Pick up will be daily between 4pm and 5pm, at the McKenna Center. Just like before, pull up on the side of the building on Willow St and park. You can text us, 830-358-9292 and we will be happy to bring it out to you so you can stay in your vehicle if you choose to.

The team is excited to start taking care of your dinner needs and ready to get back to work! Any updates or changes will be communicated through our page.

Sadly, today was our last day for curbside pickup family dinners. We want to thank all of you that have ordered and supported us along the way with your kind words of encouragement.

It’s been a challenging 18 days and today was especially emotional for us and our staff.

Prayers to everyone as this is affecting us all. We put this in God’s hands now and hope to see you all very soon.

Please continue to support those essentials that are still open in our community.
