My philosophy - Life's beautiful when we embrace the foods & people of different countries and cultures. When I was growing up, food was at the heart of whatever we did because my mom was (and still is) a great cook. She ran her own catering company, taught me to cook and modeled a strong work ethic and warm

hospitality. We explored Germany and most of the countries that border it and beyond. This ignited my interest in cooking and transformed it into respect and passion. It was a fantastic education on cultural cuisines, flavor profiles, and food presentation that I will always 'savor.'
I recently graduated from The Culinary Institute of America; it was an unforgettable experience for which I am truly grateful. People that know me know I love to be in the kitchen. They’ll tell you I enjoy feeding people and do a “happy dance” for the tastiest dishes; I can’t help myself! I’ve spent the first chapter of my life proudly supporting my husband through his 20-year military career and raising two children. They are my biggest fans! Join me in this new chapter. I'm excited to reveal a new meal! Chicken breast is lightly dusted and cooked gently in olive oil and drizzled with a lemony shallot sauce. This is comfort food for me. Silky egg drop soup is something my dad loved. My mom attended Chinese cooking classes when I was a child. She would bring home dishes for our family to try. We loved both of these entrees. I've tweaked them a bit, but they still taste like happy memories.

This week we're introducing a new dish - Beef & Broccoli! It features sirloin steak, broccoli, onion and carrot in a beefy sauce. A long time fave is Soy Sauce Chicken with a side of edamame. Both are served over steamed Jasmine rice and are accompanied by a soothing Egg Drop Soup. Yes, a GLUTEN FREE option is available (add $0.50). Let the orders commence!
