Y’all… I’m tearing up as I type this. Serious not joking…

Tacos Papi Grande—our tiny, two-year-old baby food truck—was named a finalist for Best Caterer, Best Taco, AND 2nd Place for Best Food Truck in all of New Braunfels. 😭❤️🌮

We are just a blip on the radar, a little truck slingin’ birria and big love. I don’t even know how we got here—but it’s been a wild, beautiful labor of love. This truck has taught me lessons I didn’t know I needed. It’s been my joy, my creative outlet, and my social lifeline in this amazing town.

The fact that we stood next to brick-and-mortar giants and long-established legends is so humbling. I honor those who took first—true leaders of the culinary scene. To even be in the top 3 with them? I’m on my knees in gratitude.

Thank you, New Braunfels, for letting us love you through food and friendship. Here’s to more tacos, more connection, and more magic. 🌮💖🎉
