Son’s Guadalupe sits right on the Guadalupe with over 450 feet of River frontage, giant cypress trees line the banks and towering limestone cliffs create an awe-inspiring, grand backdrop. This section of the Guadalupe River is clean and clear, the water is knee to waste deep allowing you to easily access the water to cool off and hang out with friends.

Even when the river is low, our section of the river is great for tubing as there is a good slope and a constant flow of water which eliminates having to paddle so hard! We have been wanting to go to Son’s Island for quite sometime now after seeing it on Face Book but when we went to book it was sold out for the next month. The reservationist told us about their new place, Son’s Guadalupe. We decided to give it a try and I’m sure glad we did!
