**WE’RE HIRING 🤍 | WEDDING DAY VENUE TEAM**
Four Fifteen Estates is looking to add dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented people to our Wedding Day Venue Team!
These are **wedding-day-only positions** for people who take initiative, notice the little things, enjoy working with people, and aren’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.
Hours will vary based on our wedding calendar, with the majority of shifts taking place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Weekend availability is required.
**What you’ll be doing:**
✨ Assisting with venue operations throughout the wedding day
✨ Providing excellent service to our couples, guests, and vendors
✨ Enforcing venue policies and helping protect the property
✨ Bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the reception
✨ Taking out trash and keeping bathrooms and guest areas clean and stocked
✨ Handling spills, messes, and other needs as they arise
✨ Capturing behind-the-scenes wedding-day content for social media
✨ Communicating issues and solving problems as they arise
**We’re looking for someone who is:**
• Extremely dependable and punctual
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable taking initiative without needing constant direction
• Friendly, professional, and great with people
• Comfortable enforcing policies when necessary
• Able to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to do the glamorous **and** not-so-glamorous parts of wedding days
This is a **hands-on position**. There will be beautiful weddings and fun behind-the-scenes moments, but there will also be bussing tables, taking out trash, cleaning spills, checking bathrooms, and helping wherever needed.
