A simple guide for booking vendors! This year it seems like its been a little tough to figure out how to go about securing vendors and honestly, the earlier the better. Especially if you have your heart set on certain ones!

1 year to 8 months: Venue should be secured, its the foundation of everything and one of the most important decisions!

Secondly, if its a DIY venue, it is super important that you find your caterer, bartender, and dessert services first. These all book up VERY quickly. Avoid disappointment and make sure you book with them ASAP

6 to 8 months:

Specialty decor rentals, DJs, Florals, Photobooths, Content creators, etc. You get the picture here 😊 This is the fun part, the part where you get to set the scene for your big day! Its safer to book these out at least a year, but at the very least you should get them sorted before the 6 month mark.

3 months:

RSVPs should be arriving around this time, which means....seating charts and table arrangements need to be figured out! This is more time consuming than couples think. Very important to be sure that you have enough seating for guests as well as figuring out the perfect arrangements for everyone to enjoy themselves!

We love hosting weddings on our farm and celebrating love in every way!!! 💕 This wedding was "farm inspired" and included veggies and fruits as well as tomato cans featuring handmade labels and DIY flowers by the bride herself
