Bakery Crafts SPS Cake Separator Plates

Attention Wedding & Tiered Cake Decorators!!!
The SPS (Single Plate System) will get rid all of those DIY tiered cake supports that you hope will hold long enough to get the cake to the event without shifting.

I was in the wedding business for 35 years and as soon as I tried this system it's all I ever used. No more stacking cakes at the venue. Completely stack and decorate your cake, transport and place on the table! The picture is from Bakery Crafts of what the system looks like inside your cake, since it goes through each tier and rests on the plate below, it's extremely sturdy. I used the Wilton 12.5" plastic dowel rods that are sold in packages of 4 for the inside posts, they are easy to cut to the length you need for each tier. I went up to 5 tiers using this system!
