Florals are such a key component of your wedding day design. So much thought, planning and care goes into them - but what happens after the wedding reception ends? We can help you donate your wedding day floral to a great cause.
It’s National Nonprofit Day and we’d like to highlight Bloomhaven Foundation as one of our faves. The work they do repurposing your wedding day blooms into opportunity and joy for teens in foster care and group homes is incredible. Couples, just let us know that you want to donate your florals and we will handle the rest!

Kinda chic to hop on this trend?
Here’s to chic wedding guest behavior we applaud 👏🏼

RSVP early, or at the very least before the requested date. You have no idea the amount of stress you will save the couple by allowing them to get their head count sorted before they are due to vendors.

Arrive on time. Not super early (vendors may still be setting up and couple taking photos), not late (because who wants to draw that kind of attention)10-15 min before ceremony start is ideal.

Be present. Cry a little. Clap loudly. Let the pros get the shot.

And when in doubt? Slightly overdressed > wildly underdressed.

Assigned seating? Very chic. Playing musical chairs at someone else’s wedding? Not so much.
A lot to time and though went into that seating chart, trust the plan.

Tables are released intentionally to keep the line moving, the buffet stocked, and everyone from standing around with an empty plate.

Waiting your turn? Very chic. Starting a buffet stampede? Not so much.

A packed dance floor is one of the best gifts you can give the newlyweds.

Bringing the energy? Very chic. Watching from your chair all night? Couldn’t be us.

Make the request, then trust the professional to read the room and keep the dance floor moving.

One request? Chic. Becoming the DJ’s unpaid assistant? Not so much.

Being genuinely excited for the people who invited you to celebrate them? Very chic.

You got dressed up, ate the dinner, drank the champagne… might as well see this thing through.
But if you do leave early, let’s practice the Irish goodbye and NOT pull the newlyweds away from their party to say goodbye.

After hundreds of weddings, I’ve learned this - the happiest wedding mornings aren’t about perfect timelines or perfect weather—they’re about having the right people in the room. Surround yourself with friends who bring calm, laughter, encouragement, and genuine happiness for you. It changes everything.

“If it looks effortless, it probably took a lot of effort to make sure it did.”

One minute we’re steaming linens, fluffing florals, and making everything look effortless. The next we’re fixing a broken bustle with safety pins, hunting down extension cords, taping hems, calming nerves, and solving problems no one else even knew existed.

The goal? You’ll never know any of it happened.

That’s the magic of a great wedding planner. ✨
