David Longo, Founder & CEO, along with his wife Kara, the VP of Marketing and Design, are the husband and wife duo that keep our burrito cravings satisfied! 🤤

Before launching Burrito Shak, David spent a decade in fine dining as an executive chef. In 2015, he took his skills from white tablecloths to surfboard signs, dreaming up a fast-casual spot with chef-crafted recipes and fresh, daily-prepped ingredients.

The result? A hometown fave that y’all voted #1 tacos in North Carolina out of 63 spots. 🌮🔥

To this day, Burrito Shak is STILL about good food, good people, and that laid-back beachy vibe you can’t help but crave. 😌
