Join our team! We’re a waterfront restaurant with a full bar, marina, and a supportive local community. We’re currently hiring:

Must have prior serving experience, a strong work ethic, and a friendly, guest-first mindset. You’ll need to confidently manage high-volume shifts and communicate clearly with the kitchen.

• 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀
Experience required. You should be able to execute dishes accurately, keep a clean workstation, manage time well under pressure, and communicate effectively with the kitchen and FOH team during busy service. Creativity is welcome, and we’ll support your growth as a chef.

If you’ve ever docked your boat, walked up to our deck, and waited for service that didn’t come — we are so sorry. 💙

Please know it was never intentional.

We don’t have staff stationed outside or a bar on the deck. The same goes for the fuel dock — our Wi-Fi doesn’t reach that far for payment, so we kindly ask that all guests come inside to be seated or to pay.

Saltwater Grill is growing, and we’re so grateful. With your help, we can make sure every guest feels seen and welcomed.
