While I typically choose to move quietly and focus on my work, professionalism and inclusivity are worth speaking on.
One of the most beautiful parts of floral design is that no two clients are the same — and neither are their stories, styles, or visions. Reflections of You has never been about fitting into one category. Traditional, modern, editorial, romantic, dramatic, artistic, trend-forward, or unconventional — our work is designed to "REFLECT" the people it’s created for.
It’s always disappointing when professionals in a creative industry choose commentary, assumptions, or stereotypes about another designer’s artistic ability or clientele instead of simply celebrating the diversity that makes this industry so inspiring. Suggesting that certain styles, tattoos, forms of self-expression, or communities belong in a separate category is not only creatively limiting, but lacks the professionalism and inclusivity clients deserve from our industry.
We’re proud to create for everyone — ALL couples, tattoos, tuxedos, black gowns, ballroom weddings, backyard celebrations, luxury events, and everything in between. That versatility is not confusion in style; it’s intentional design rooted in understanding people and designing for them authentically.
