Ladies It is now 2021. We are able to sit in chairs of buildings the we once weren’t allowed in. A microphone was handed to our sister Amanda Gorman to speak truth in front of a Nation where we once were muted. Change is here, it is happening now. You have the POWER to do and be anything that you decide to be. I suggest that you get up and be a part of the change not just someone who speaks on the change.

Gals I encourage you to walk into 2021 like a boss. Heels high but heads higher. The only thing holding you back from achieving success is fear. A good friend taught me how to change my emotions that I create with every situation. You first need to identify your emotion. After taking a deep breathe, have acceptance for the emotion then follow by regulating the emotion.
For example turn fear into courage. Take your doubts and turn them into beliefs. Turn tomorrow into today.
You got this and always have. Anything is possible when you shift your way of thinking.
