Unfortunately, I’m writing this post to let all of my clients know that, effective immediately, I will be updating my contracts regarding deposits.

Going forward, all deposits will be considered a security retainer and will be held until after all rental equipment has been inspected and in the same condition it was received.

Over the past four years, I’ve always tried to be understanding and flexible, but unfortunately my equipment has continued to be returned with preventable damage.

**As a reminder, paint, face paint, markers, pens, slime, glitter, or any other staining materials are never permitted on or around the equipment.**

I truly appreciate the many families who have always treated my equipment with care. This policy change is simply necessary to protect my business and ensure I can continue providing clean, safe, high-quality rentals for everyone.
