If I could let ya’ll in on a secret - life is beautiful, and messy. This year the balance has leaned more toward the latter and I haven’t honed in on developing my skills as much as I have wanted to. BUT 2026 will be a great year for Cheeky C., I can feel it. Just wait and see.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted.

I’ll be honest with you - the weekend after everything came in I practiced and got subsequently discouraged when it didn’t go as I had anticipated.

But practice makes perfect and I will be practicing! Keep an eye out for anything I deem worthy enough of sharing over the next week or so (haha).

A little more about the woman behind the brush;

Hey! My name is Kate. I am 18 years a registered dental hygienist living with my husband, two children and two dogs in Macomb County, MI. Although oral health is a passion, I LOVE anything artsy and crafty. My 6 year old son has inspired me to switch up the toothbrush for a paintbrush as a way to bring joy to the children in our community.

Hey ya’ll, Kate here! Join me on my journey to becoming a phenomenal face painter, inspired by my kiddos and indulging my artsy side.

I plan to offer classic designs, themed options and to be available for parties, festivals/fairs, church, school, corporate and holiday themed events.

I will, of course, only be using safe, hypoallergenic paints while providing a quick turnaround with a kid friendly approach.

Hourly rates and full day packages will be available, but first let‘s see how good at this I can be 🤞🏻.
