28 years ago I lost my 1st baby boy to the fatal neural tube defect called anencephaly. He was due in June & today (in June) for the 1st time I met another mama who lost a precious baby boy to this same defect when she picked up these special pieces. 💙 A butterfly was placed on their hospital door so now a butterfly takes on a whole new meaning 🦋
