Congrats to all of our dog exhibitors! Way to represent Newton County!

Newton County Dog project works hard all year and once again it pays off. This group took top honors at the Missouri State Fair again this year!

💲Premium Checks💲

Premium checks can be picked up tomorrow (8/14) night at 6pm at the Fair Committee Meeting. If a W-9 is needed and has not been received, your check will not be ready unless it is emailed ASAP. (See info from previous post)

‼️Fair Clean-Up Tonight at 6pm‼️

If you have not helped at a clean-up, please make an effort to attend tonight. The fair is completely ran by volunteers and it’s important that everyone does their part to take care of our facilities before and after the fair. If have attended a clean-up, thank you! You’re welcome to help tonight too. 😁

Did you lose a debit card while visiting the fair? If so, we have a few in our possession. Message us for more details. Must provide photo ID to claim cards. If not claimed by Tuesday, cards will be shredded.

If you haven't made it out to this year's fair, tomorrow is your last chance! The carnival opens at 6 tonight, wristbands are available to purchase on site, and the day is full of recognizing exhibitors for all their success during the fair.
The Watermelon Feed is at 6, followed by the Market Sale at 7.

If you lost a ring at the Newton County Fair, please see someone at the announcers stand in the main show arena or the carnival ticket box during carnival operating hours. You will need to describe the ring.

Cattle show kicks off the day, horse shows continue, and tonight is the Breaking Boundaries Special Needs Show. Carnival, corn dogs, and funnel cakes... sounds like the perfect Summer Friday night.
