Those who stopped by our booth at Great Taste of the Midwest got to try it first, but now it's going to be available for everyone!

KEY LIME PIE
Imperial Fruited Sour

Bigger in abv (8%) and flavor, this imperial Key Lime Pie was brewed with real graham cracker and brown sugar and moderately kettle-soured. We then added real Key lime and vanilla bean for a liquid dessert :) DOES NOT contain lactose.

Try it on tap FRIDAY 🍻

Last night I made one of the best vinegarette dressings I've ever made! I made a blueberry vinegarette and I made us a beautiful mixed green salad with roasted cashews, goat cheese and seared chicken breast!

If you'd like to make the vinegarette on your own here's the recipe!

1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 large diced shallot
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 - 1 cup apple cider vinegar
S & P to taste

I cooked the blueberries down in a small pan with a cup of sugar until the berries could be popped with little pressure.

I put everything in a bowl and used a hand blender to emulsify the dressing together so it won't separate.
