Here’s a real question: How often are you actually networking? Because let me tell you—networking is a total game-changer.

Here are 3 quick tips to get you moving:
• Jot down a list of people you want to connect with—do it this weekend and take action on Monday!
• Set clear goals and commit to following through.
• Block out dedicated time on your calendar. If it’s not scheduled, it probably won’t happen.

We always make time for what matters. If growth is your goal, networking needs to be on your priority list.

Last but not least - find a group in your community you can join! That's the easiest thing you can do for yourself!

Sounds like a small thing, and maybe not important to some, but having my gym family to support and encourage me every single morning I show up for our crazy workouts is actually the most ginormous, impactful experience and thing in my life that keeps me sane, healthy and fit! I would lose my sanity if I stopped doing this for myself. Find your tribe wherever you are, find something that you truly love and fly with it, it’s life changing! ❤️

I don’t know how many times I said to myself that CrossFit saved me in so many ways. To me it’s not a chore to wake up every morning and hit the gym. It’s really my lifestyle, it’s a choice I’ve made for many years and I will continue making it. Because it’s who I am, it’s what makes me happy, and it’s what has helped shape my mind, body and soul - literally. The progress I’ve seen has been tremendous; it blows my mind every time I look at my old pictures.

I hope you do something every day that makes you truly Happy! ❤️
