While we’re all enjoying the long weekend with family, friends, good food, and hopefully some sunshine, we also want to take a moment to remember why we have a three-day weekend in the first place. Today is about honoring and remembering the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country and made sacrifices that allow us to enjoy these moments today.

We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day, and we thank all those who served, and especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we won’t be able to attend tomorrow’s Mac & Cheese Fest. Our truck experienced a major transmission failure, and after having it looked at, we’ve been told the entire transmission needs to be replaced—something we simply can’t get done in time for the event.

We’re incredibly disappointed to miss out and truly sorry to anyone who was planning to come by and see us. We were really looking forward to serving you all and being part of such a great day.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support while we work to get everything back up and running. We’ll keep you updated and hope to be back out there with you all very soon.

Hi everyone! During this current food truck season, we’re coming together for something that really matters.

We will be collecting hygienic products and everyday essentials to support our homeless veterans in need of assistance.

If you’d like to help, items can be picked up anytime ASAP (contact us at 203-997-4363 or at 203-308-0844), or you can drop them off in person on Saturday, May 3rd at the Farmington Polo Grounds from 9:30 AM–2:00 PM.

We’ll be there for the Red, White & Blue Motorcycle Ride, serving breakfast and lunch.

Our dog Remmi, a survivor of a horrible animal cruelty case, said hi to some of the officers who saved his life ♥️ we’re so thankful for them, and so thankful for our Remmi boy to be in our lives

A few years ago, the Black Rock Canines facility in Naugatuck made headlines for horrific acts of animal cruelty. The investigation uncovered widespread mistreatment and led to dozens of dogs being seized and placed into the care of shelters.

Among the dogs rescued from that situation was Remi, who at the time of his rescue weighed just 39 pounds. We are happy to share that today he’s absolutely thriving—pushing 90 pounds of happy, healthy dog.

Recently, Remi stopped by for a visit to the PD, and seeing him healthy, confident, and full of life was a powerful reminder of just how far he’s come—and how the teamwork of compassionate, hardworking humans can truly change the lives of animals in need. Here in the Borough, we serve ALL members of our community, including the ones with four legs. 💙🐾
