There’s something special about building a venue where there wasn’t one just hours before.

For Ember & Ash, the 6th hole at Country Club of Louisiana became an unforgettable open-air dining experience. From farm tables and soft seating to bistro lighting, cooling fans, and luxury restroom trailers, every detail was carefully installed to create an evening unlike any other.

With Chef Josh Cormier cooking over live fire and coal beneath the Louisiana sky, guests experienced a dinner that felt completely removed from the golf course it called home.

The best part? By sunrise, it was all gone.

Every piece was installed and removed the very same day, allowing Country Club of Louisiana to welcome golfers back the next morning as if nothing had happened.

That’s the beauty of a custom venue build—creating something extraordinary, then leaving nothing behind but memories.
