Happy almost April!! Can’t even believe it!! April menu is up and order forms are in bio and email has gone out. After two years and with grocery costs continuing to go up,I have had to up my meal prices just a tiny bit,as of next week. Thank you all so very much for keeping my kitchen so busy and sharing Thyme Savors with your friends. Means the absolute world to me. Appreciate you all so much!

February menu is up and order forms in bio. As I said in my email,I hesitated in sending out the new menu and Thyme Savors next steps this month. So many are without power,navigating debris and water messes. But,I have had many reach out saying how good it would be to have a home cooked meal in the midst of chaos. So here it is💛.

Keeping it real around here,in case you need a smile. ….6 batches of sourdough popovers this weekend…and this is the best I got. I used different flours,pans,all the things. They taste fine,but no wow and the shape isn’t right. All the recipes said easy and full proof. How about not so much.

Not shown are the many mini loaves of bread,pans of cinnamon rolls and dozens of muffins that look ans taste scrumptious . Will share tomorrow.

Kurious about Kamut flour? This made with Kamut Brown Bread is a must try. My family has been using Kamut flour to cook with for a number of years and it is a game changer for the gut and tastes wonderful. It’s an ancient grain traced back to Bible times and used in Europe. This is how the Europeans eat all the bread and don’t look like they have eaten all the bread😳
Best part though..it tastes delicious.
