Deep work mode just kicked in. What's playing in your headphones? 🎵

Team Lyrics swears the right song is rocket fuel. A great hook, a chorus you can mouth along to, suddenly you've cleared half your inbox and you're three slides into the deck.

Team Instrumental thinks that's chaos. Give them lo-fi, a film score, maybe some ambient jazz, and watch the focus drop in like a Nashville thunderstorm.

Our UnCubicle desks aren't flat-pack finds from a warehouse two states away. They're built from up-cycled Nashville materials. Reclaimed wood, salvaged bits of the city, all reshaped into the surface where you're answering emails and chasing deadlines.

The 5 things we reach for before the laptop even opens. ☕

1. The key fob. Whether it's 7am or 11pm, that little click means the day starts on our schedule, not somebody else's.

2. The coffee. Obviously. We're not making it through the morning standup without it.

3. The phone booth. Because nobody on that client call needs to hear the espresso machine or our neighbor's brilliant brainstorm.

4. The fiber WiFi. The kind that doesn't blink when you hit "upload" on a 2GB file. The kind that makes the podcast studio actually usable for, you know, podcasting.

5. The free parking spot out front. Small thing. Saves $20 and a 4-block walk every single day.
