To our Fitness and Ready Meals customers,

When we started Fitness and Ready Meals, we had one goal in mind: regardless of any situation, we would always make sure that we were serving the best meals possible while reinforcing positive customer service. Through the years, we've had the absolute pleasure of providing a healthy lifestyle through food and wellness to so many wonderful individuals. Our customers have become our family, and when it comes to family, we want to only do it right.

We've had the opportunity to serve meals to fuel all types of lifestyles; from professional athletes to busy and hardworking families and everything in between. Through the time we've spent growing our business, we have encountered many challenges, some positive and some negative. However, there's one thing we never did - we’ve never given up. With every endeavor, we have found a way to continue to not only make our business better, but to ensure that we were always providing the same great quality service.

With this being said, we believe as business owners, the time has come to make a difficult, but great, decision. Though we have built an influential company, along with such positive rapport with so many great people, we have decided that it is time for us to move on to our next venture. With two children who are in the pivotal years of their lives, having their mom and dad by their side is a must. Though this decision isn't an easy one, we truly feel as though it's the right one to ensure that our customers are taken care of while still receiving the service they deserve.

In order to provide you with both the meals and experience you have come to love and enjoy, we have made the decision to sell The FARM to our friends at Eat Well Nashville. As many of you may be aware, Eat Well is a local meal prep business serving healthy, freshly cooked meals throughout middle TN.

With their commitment to both customer service and making high quality, healthy food, we have the utmost confidence in their abilities. We truly believe they are the best choice to uphold and even improve the experience you’ve come to know being a FARM customer.

Here are a few things about Eat Well Nashville that we think you’ll enjoy:
- Eat Well Nashville uses natural ingredients in all of their meals, and they offer paleo, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, Whole30, and customizable options, with new items added each week
- The Eat Well team will be adding F.A.R.M customer favorites to their menu, so you can still order your go-to meals each week
- Their labels are on point - you can find nutritional information and ingredients for each meal on the website and on the label placed on each meal (along with heating instructions)
- Their website never shuts down - you can view the menu and place your order 24/7 at https://eatwellnashville.com/
- Order cut-off is at 11AM every Friday, with home deliveries happening every Sunday and commercial deliveries and pick-ups every Monday
- Eat Well Nashville has a dedicated customer service team that you can reach via email ([email protected]), phone (615-431-3773), or social media ()

The FARM will officially become a part of Eat Well Nashville on June 19th. Between now and then, you can keep ordering as usual on our website. We’ll be working closely with the Eat Well team as long as necessary to make this transition as smooth as possible. We’re very excited about the opportunity to become a part of Eat Well Nashville, and we hope you are too.
