A pretty normal Tasked by Felicia day 🤍

Started the morning at home with Tito + coffee, spent the morning with one client, a couple hours working through a storage unit, then ended the day with a very late lunch and catching up on all the admin that happens behind the scenes.

Some days are busier than others, but I actually love getting to bounce around between completely different things throughout the day.

I love a pretty organized space just as much as anyone 😂 but if it doesn’t actually make your life easier, what’s the point?

When I organize for a client, I’m always thinking about what they actually use, where they naturally reach for things, and what will be easy for them to keep up with after I leave.

The matching bins are just a bonus 🤍

The family was finally back home after spending July away, so today was all about getting everyone settled back into their routine. Meal prep, groceries, helping with the kids, and taking a few things off Mom’s plate. 🤍

I think a lot of people hear “personal assistant” and immediately think of errands.

And while I definitely do those, that’s only a small part of what I do.

Most of my time is spent helping clients keep life moving, whether that’s organizing spaces, coordinating appointments, researching, planning trips, managing projects, or taking care of the things they simply don’t have time for.

Basically, I help take things off people’s plates.

Planning my schedule, catching up on emails, organizing my calendar, and preparing for my clients helps me start the week feeling calm and ready.

One of my favorite parts of being a Nashville personal assistant is getting to help clients through different seasons of life.

This project has been all about helping a growing family prepare for baby number five. From home organization to tackling the behind-the-scenes tasks, every little detail helps make this exciting season a little less overwhelming.
