Trial By Fire is our intimate dinner series where we explore the possibilities and relationships between food and fire. We will showcase a variety of cooking techniques and heat sources, while explaining our methods and thought process behind each dish.

Held at the beautiful Traceland Farms, each evening brings guests together for a thoughtfully curated, multi-course experience where flame, smoke, and seasonal ingredients take center stage.

With limited seatings available, the evening unfolds slowly—inviting conversation, warmth, and a shared appreciation for food cooked the way it’s meant to be. To preserve the sense of discovery, the evening’s menu will be revealed to guests at the time of the dinner.

Rambler is a roaming live-fire kitchen that crafts memorable dining experiences utilizing seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from our partnering farms.

We have a busy season lined up this year from private events and weddings, to public event collaborations with wineries, distilleries, farms, ranches, nature reserves, creek dinners, and more!

We are always looking for talented and passionate staff to work events with us around Nashville & the surrounding areas.

Join us on Friday Jan 24th & Saturday Jan 25th for a unique dining experience! A change from our usual outdoor, live-fire events, Rambler will be hosting a culinary takeover at the intimate French bistro, Rue 6, in Columbia, TN. This four course dinner will begin at 6:30pm, with drinks available for purchase during the event.
