Big News Alert! 🌸
Hey there! Many of you know Scott and I as the owners of Nashville Flower Market and you know we don’t love being on social media (so this must be a big announcement lol). In 2015, I started Forget Me Not Designs from my house in Lewisburg, TN. Then, Scott and I started the Flower Market in 2018 and have been running both businesses since. Throughout the years we have helped thousands of brides create the wedding of their dreams. We have made some amazing friends over the years because of this business and I believe we have some of the best employees. It truly feels like we are a small family each day we spend at the shop with them. This business was our first baby, until our son Clyde came along in 2022. It’s been very hard to find the balance between work and family the last 2.5 years and being a Mom has made me realize my priorities have changed.
Everyone always says “chase your dreams”, “work hard for your goals” but not many people talk about what happens when you reach them.
My goal was to have one of the larger florists in Nashville and create florals for huge events downtown. I also wanted to be able to give the budget conscious bride a place where they could have a great experience and walk away with beautiful flowers. We have achieved those goals for years now and it has been such a fulfilling experience and a dream come true. The time has come for things to change and for new goals and dreams to be reached for my little family. It is time for us to focus on family and spend more time on our farm down in Columbia. With great pleasure I would like to introduce Coreen King along with her parents Tim and Pam, the new owners of Nashville Flower Market and Forget Me Not Designs. We feel they are a perfect fit to carry on our blooming business, please stop by and meet them. We see them taking our business to new heights and we can’t wait to see what they do in the future.
