2024 Recap: Thanks for supporting my little business. I've been full time for 15 years since 2010! This is the first year I didn't hit my annual goal of 40 weddings but I still had 25 amazing weddings and I filled my calendar with tons of non wedding shoots this year for all sorts of businesses from architects to law firms to non-profits and realtors keep me especially busy. The wedding booking slump that I experienced last year brought out some insecurities but 2025 is shaping up to be a lot busier with about twice as many weddings in the first half of the year as I had in 2024 so perhaps it isn't me or my neglect of social media but something related to the economy or home prices. I feel very fortunate for all of the business people sent my way and loved all of the time I got to spend with everyone. Wishing you all a wonderful 2025! On a personal note my wife completed her first year at a new job at Nashville PBS and my daughter is in her senior year and busy sending out college applications. I'm headed out to see some fireworks tonight! Maybe I'll run into a few of you in downtown Nashville.
