Roscoe's Smoked Bar-B-Que came to life after years of watching my God given Mom (Joyce G. Davis) in the kitchen cooking up great meals for our family and from sitting around cookouts all over this fine land! I watched my Dad grill out just about every time I came to visit him. I rendered my service and skills and served up some of the best pulled pork and Bbq chicken to over 15000+ folks. I became

hooked at serving so I went back to school in the Culinary Arts Field (Escoffier School of Culinary Arts). My years of serving my great country and the 15 years of Hospitality Management, gave me the experience I feel needed to form Roscoe's Smoked Bar-B-Que, LLC mobile concession trailer. The dream of always cooking has been a passion of mine, which stems from having a large family. When you smell the Hickory smoke throughout you know you will be in for a treat. No matter what you purchase from our trailer the flavor will keep you coming back! Sides are made fresh and just how you enjoy them! They're made with love! So please when you see our Yellow Trailer Parked Outside Your Office Complex or At an Event, Stop in and grab a bit. Your Flavor Buds Will Thank You!
