Give a big welcome to our new CFO Shannon Durrett! Shannon joins EES from Alpine Summit Energy Partners, where he served as SVP, Finance and Reporting from 2018 - 2024. Previously, he was Managing Director for OVATION, Inc., a Nashville-based Audio Visual Production agency. His areas of responsibility included sales, finance and accounting, client management, and business development. Previously, he was OVATION’s C.A.O., where his areas of responsibility were finance/accounting and operations. Before OVATION, Shannon worked as the EVP for Finance and Reporting for the Buntin Group, Tennessee’s largest advertising agency. He spent five years in Philadelphia, PA, working as a Senior Associate for the Berwind Group, a family investment portfolio, and six years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy. He graduated with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
