Emily & Barry’s love story captures deep feelings, big adventures, and quiet moments between them that their closest family and friends have been overjoyed to have witnessed.
On a beautiful Summer day in August, this love story was celebrated with the exchange of nuptials during an intimate ceremony at the couple’s residence.
Emily & Barry made their way down a shaded pathway through their garden to join family at their alter, accompanied by “Can’t Help Falling In Love With You” played by a solo violinist. Tulip Tree accented the garden pathway with lush cream and blush florals, studded with delicate butter yellow orchids to create a chic garden moment.
Post nuptials, Kristen Winston Catering welcomed guests with Sparkling Blood Orange cocktails and passed savory fare such as Summer Panzanella Cherry Tomato, Filet Crostini with Bearnaise and Potato Chip with Caviar and Crème Fraiche. A jazz trio filled the air as guests enjoyed the reception until Emily & Barry made their way to cut the wedding cake.
Dessert Designs created a chic cake adorned with three blooms that included sour cream pound cake, caramel filling and white icing.
The celebration ended with the newlyweds riding off into the sunset in their vintage Packard with Emily tossing her bouquet that made for a picture perfect moment as we bid the happy couple adieu.
