At Infinity, every client is intentionally paired with one of our four incredible planning teams — Team Molly, Team Priscilla, Team Haley, or Team Carly. Each team includes your dedicated Event Designer and Event Coordinator, working together to plan, design, and execute every detail of your day!

Your Event Designer is your main point of contact, managing communication, budget, contracts, and the overall look and feel of your event. Meanwhile, your Event Coordinator brings the vision to life — handling vendor meetings, layouts, timelines, and coordination on the big day.

One of the most exciting steps in the Infinity Hospitality planning experience? The Tasting Meeting! It’s where your menu vision comes to life.

Recently, our clients Aaron and Courtney joined us at the historic Bell Tower for their wedding tasting. They sampled a carefully curated selection of hors d’oeuvres, salads, and entrées designed by our Executive Chef, Trung, and Culinary Director, Mariah.

Here’s what Aaron had to say:
“Our tasting began with hors d’oeuvres, and we loved the Jamaican Chicken Crisp for its perfect balance of spice and crunch, and the Maple Bacon BLT for its bold, savory flavors. When it came to entrées, the Grilled Pork Porterhouse paired with coconut-sweet potato & plantain purée, and the Smoked Brisket with jalapeño corn purée and blackberry relish stood out as absolute favorites. Every detail—from the service to the presentation—exceeded our expectations. We left confident and excited for what’s to come!”
