Weddings are not the only time for gathering with the people you love and celebrating. We loved being part of this 70th birthday party over the summer.

A life is multi-faceted and Dan and Vicky were bringing many groups together to celebrate Dan. We wanted them to see all the sides of him-businessman, friend, father, husband. We were inspired by all the places Dan and Vicky have lived and his "Danisms" . ("Make Sure You Give Yourself Enough Time" should actually be our life motto.)

The food was in abundance and was inspired by the cities where they lived and the foods they loved. The desserts each represented a piece of their lives.

There were so many hugs and so much joy. It is a good reminder to live a life where you share joy openly and make such an impact on people.

🪩 Florals or Fringe: Umm, both!! 🌸✨
🪩 One wedding trend we will never get tired of: packed dance floors (and ok, disco balls too...) 🪩
🪩 If we could plan a wedding anywhere in the world it would be in Greece 🫒
🪩Becca's alter ego on wedding day is basically hospitable snarky meets Kristen Wiig in Bridesmaids (if she has her life together . A vibe curator with clipboard confidence.
🪩Jessie's alter ego on wedding days is basically mama bear meets Simon Cowell. (protective of our clients and particular about details!)

H O S P I T A L I T Y.
When it comes to hosting, these two (and family) are seriously the best. They wanted their weekend to feel warm, personal and full of hospitality.
When we say they are the heart of this, we mean it. All weekend we watched them greet and hug their friends, make sure every family member felt comfortable and create moments they will all carry for a lifetime.

Our goal for the weekend was for it to be just "a little too much". Too much fun, too much food, too much music, too much love. (And ok, too many drinks.)
We went for sophisticated with a pop of Liz's signature pink. It had that V***e and French fries vibe.

C + G are those two people you just want to be around. They will always ask you how you are doing and remember the details of your life. They can host like no one's business and make everyone feel welcome. (Seriously, no better people to have a barbecue with.) They pour into each other and their families. They are the best food critics and wherever they are, there will be a Diet Coke close at hand.

We are headed to Mexico today for a site visit and then . This is always a week full of connection, creativity and magic and we can't wait to come back refreshed and ready to create kick ass events.

M O O D Y restaurant vibes with plenty of opportunity for connection.

When S + J came to us and said they loved eating at nice restaurants, wanted a formal and fun soiree with dancing, and a surprise and delight we knew they were our people.

Their wedding day felt so warm, fashion forward and full of kick ass vibes. They truly excel in hospitality and created moments to celebrate with people from all aspects of their lives. (Like an amaro shot and custom note to each table.)

And true to their promise, the dance floor was full. We have so much more to share from this incredible day.

J + Z wanted an intimate wedding with all of their favorite people. They wanted something warm and fun that also highlighted parts of their culture.

We did a ceremony in the round so that each of their guests could be close to them and kept that close feeling at dinner. It was important to them to focus on the guest experience and a fun dance floor. We definitely included their cats in the details.
