I N S P I R A T I O N can come from anywhere: Travel, interiors and even your morning routine.

We were inspired by M+T's love for art (they purchase art while they travel so this was a double inspiration) and creative food. We pulled from their morning coffee and record routine and were inspired by a cool dining experience we had in NY.

We used prints from some of their favorite art pieces for the seating chart. Since it was an intimate wedding, we let the guests meander around to the tables to experience the art and find their names. (Bonus, they can hand the art after the wedding!)

During cocktail hour, the guests were able to help create the vinyl playlist with Russ,

Stella Rose Floral used florals and food as art to create sculptural centerpieces.

The dance floor had a moody, disco inspired installation that we can't get enough of.

When M+T came to us and said they were getting married at Bad Idea we were immediately excited. It would be like a dinner party, but better.

We wanted the evening to flow like a relaxed cocktail party with an incredible dinner followed by a studio 54 inspired dance party. Bad Idea has the best wine list in Nashville with food to match and did not disappoint.

M +T start every morning with coffee and a vinyl record so we knew we had to incorporate vinyl. (They asked for vinyl's for their wedding so when they pull one they can think of each guest! How amazing is that??!)

During cocktail hour the guests wrote their requests on playing cards and Russ created the playlist from the requests and kept the vibes going as the night went on.

It was the best night celebrating with two of our favorite people!

A W E D D I N G day isn't just a celebration (though it IS the party of the year). It is all the people you love in one room celebrating your marriage. It is a chance to surprise and delight your guests. It is pure joy on your faces and on the dance floor.

K+C's wedding weekend was nothing short of magic and we are still giddy about it. There was so much joy in the room, so many laughs and meaningful moments. You can feel the impact these two have on the people around them and how much they loved each and every person there (and they told them by writing a thank you note to each guest.)

There were Easter eggs, stations named after family members, surprises and a REALLY killer dance floor. We could go on and on (and if you see us in person in the foreseeable future, we will.)

We seriously have the BEST couples (who are now our friends!)

Events are not just for gathering, by Maggie Moon, MS, RD👩🏻‍🔬👩🏻‍🍳 plans a pre-conference event to bring people together, ask them to slow down and set their intention. She treats the people who are usually treating others and works on grounding and mindset so they can be conference fresh and ready to learn.

Also, 10 out of 10 recommend a sunny, orange dose of happiness!

San Miguel de Allende is one of our favorite places in the world. It is one of Mexico's "Magic Towns" and it truly is magic. The city is beautiful, the people are incredible and the hospitality is the kind people write books about.

It truly is one of the best places to escape with all of your favorite people for your wedding.
