Coco's Italian boasts a rich history that traces back to Schenectady, New York, where my family began in 1964. Over the years my dad, grandfather and uncle all owned and operated their own Italian restaurant. With my grandmother's help our family establishing a reputation for authentic Italian recipes and they were very popular for decades. I'm happy to say that dad's first restaurant is still open (on the third owner now) and still doing well.
