We had the honor of producing Pi Beta Phi’s bi-annual Convention for the very first time, welcoming nearly 800 attendees! This marks our third event with Pi Phi in the last two years, and certainly one of the most memorable.

From 10 custom rotating photo walls, to the breathtaking Parade of Chapter Banners featuring 125 members in a choreographed presentation, every moment was designed to inspire connection and celebration.

Our team handled AV for all general sessions, evening events, breakout sessions, and the merchandise store, as well as backdrops and stage design for their banquets and main sessions.

We're so grateful to Pi Beta Phi for trusting us with such a meaningful tradition. We’re already looking forward to what’s next! 💙
