1.)Chicken Caprice-Boneless, skinless chicken breast baked in a broth based sauce and finished with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Served with whole wheat rotini and sauteed green beans.

2.)Roast Beef and Gravy-Top round slow roasted with beef broth, red wine and herbs. Served with gravy on the side. Accompanied by roasted red potatoes, carrots and southern style green beans.

3.)Blackened Pork Loin-Lean pork loin blackened and oven roasted. Served turnip greens and black eye peas (hoppin john) and candied yams.

4.)Mediterrean Sliders-Ground turkey mixed with spinach, feta cheese and spices on brioche buns with curry mayonnaise. Served with new potato salad.

5.)Spiced Salmon-Fresh salmon rubbed with cardamon, cinnamon, sea salt and chilies then pan roasted. Served with wild rice pilaf and spring succotash.

6.)Tiger Food-Tri colored quinoa in a stir fry of tofu, onion, carrot, celery, cabbage, bell pepper and garlic. With a light soy based sauce. Served with garden salad with Asian vinaigrette

1.)Tandoori Chicken-Boneless, skinless chicken dusted in tandoori spices and pan roasted. Served with lentil stew, couscous and dill sauce.

2.)Corned Beef Brisket-Lean beef brisket braised in spices and sliced thin. Served whole grain mustard, boiled new potatoes, carrots and green beans.

3.)Oven Fried Pretzel Chicken-Boneless, skinless chicken crusted in gluten free crushed pretzels, oven fried with a creamy cheddar sauce on the side. Served with rosemary roasted potatoes, steamed broccoli and baby carrots.

4.)Pork Sausage Cassoulet-Roast pork, pork sausage, white beans, celery, carrot, onion and spices simmered in a hearty stew. Served with arugula salad and rosemary focaccia.

5.)Crispy Asian Salmon-Atlantic salmon glazed in hoisin sauce and brown sugar and pan roasted. Served with sauteed napa cabbage and stir fry noodles.

6.)Vegetarian Shepherds Pie-Mushrooms, onions, carrots, onions and other seasonal vegetable in a savory vegetarian gravy and topped with cheesy potatoes. Served with garden salad.

What a wild, fun week! After providing meals for the week for Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia line and doing a pop up open house for United Country real estate of Liepers Fork, we finished the week strong with a dinner party at the house of Nashville predators Ryan Johansen and a dozen Navy seals of seal team six.
We are tired but oh so grateful 🙏
