This is the journey from the first whisper of inspiration to the final, breathtaking reality of a wedding day hosted at The Hermitage Hotel.

For this celebration, Lynsey did not just coordinate a logistics schedule; she orchestrated an atmosphere. The vision was rooted in a sophisticated, botanical forward aesthetic, a marriage of crisp, structured whites and soft, organic greenery that felt both timeless and entirely contemporary.

The vision boards, layered with textures and light, set the stage for the narrative. The florals, a symphony of orchids and calla lilies, were meticulously placed to breathe life into the architecture of the venue. Intricate patterned linens anchored the reception tables to the custom stationery, every touchpoint chosen to weave a thread of luxury through the entire guest experience.

Watching a concept take shape is the most rewarding part of our craft. It is in the juxtaposition of bold, clean lines and the soft, ephemeral beauty of nature where true elegance lives, ensuring that every detail was as meaningful as the commitment they made to one another.

Long Hollow Gardens set the stage for a wedding that felt like stepping into an overgrown European greenhouse, and Lynsey brought every layer of it to life.

A botanical reception space draped in cascading greenery and string lights created an enchanted garden atmosphere from the moment guests arrived. The vintage stone fountain became an unexpected focal point, framed by potted ferns, climbing vines, and weathered bistro furniture for a romantic, old world feel.

The stationery suite carried the soft sage and ivory palette through every detail, from the arched invitation design to the oval menu cards finished with delicate ribbon ties. Blush linens and bentwood chairs grounded the tablescapes, while clusters of white and ivory florals added texture against the greenery-filled backdrop.

Outdoors, the ceremony unfolded between rows of vineyard vines, with twin magnolia trees anchoring either side of the aisle and a low floral arrangement marking the altar. The two tier wedding cake, finished in classic piped swags, brought timeless elegance to the reception, while custom illustrated portraits of the couple added a thoughtful, personal touch to the celebration.

From the bridal party’s joyful exit to the late night confetti send off, every moment of this Nashville wedding felt curated with intention, proof that thoughtful design and a beautiful venue can create something truly unforgettable.

Stepping into this Perry Lane Hotel wedding was like walking directly into a whimsical, high-fashion garden party where the rules of tradition were left at the door. Between the custom butterfly place cards, the uninhibited, vibrant florals, and the curated tablescapes, we didn’t just set a table.

We engineered an aesthetic statement.

Every single detail was designed to make a statement, crafting a space that felt both impeccably refined and daringly creative.

That is what it looks like when you marry your best friend.

The details were dreamy: dusty blue and white stationery suite, pearl-adorned shoes, a stunning ocean-painted cake, seagrass chargers, flowing white draping, hydrangea centerpieces that felt pulled straight from the Carolina coast. The Sonesta Resort on Hilton Head Island held them beautifully, beginning to end.

And when you are standing across from your person, the one you have chosen above every other possibility, a little rain is nothing more than a plot twist in the best story you have ever lived.

Kaylee and Jonathan got drenched. Their guests got drenched. The flowers got drenched. And not one single person cared, because the couple at the center of it all was so genuinely, completely, radiantly happy that the rain became part of the magic rather than a threat to it.

Hilton Head Island weddings don’t get more perfect than this ✨

Rebekah + Shane brought every bit of their love, their light, and their people to the Sonesta Resort. What unfolded was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we love this work!

From the moment we saw blue hydrangeas paired with pearl-studded Jimmy Choos on the shoreline, we knew this wedding was going to be something special. The details were intentional and elevated: chinoiserie vases, woven chargers, dusty blue glassware, a champagne tower, and a dance floor ceiling full of mirror balls that made the whole night feel like magic.

But more than the design?

It was them.

The way their bridal party erupted with joy during portraits. The way Shane looked when Rebekah walked in wearing that reception look. The way the whole room moved together under the string lights like no one wanted the night to end.

THAT’S what seamless coordination looks like. When every vendor is in sync, every transition is invisible, and the couple gets to be completely, fully present in their own wedding day.

Savannah does something to a wedding.

The light shifts, the air slows down, and suddenly every detail feels like it was always meant to be exactly where it is.

Samantha and Charles said “I do” on the lawn of the Westin Savannah Harbor Resort as the Savannah River moved quietly behind them. White folding chairs, lush floral pedestals spilling over with hydrangeas and garden roses, and a ceremony that felt both grand and completely intimate.

The reception told the rest of the story. Tall greenery installations cascaded from a wrought iron chandelier draped in trailing botanicals. Tapered candlelight ran the length of linen draped tables. Calla lilies stretched toward the ceiling in glass vessels while guests gathered under a ballroom that felt like somewhere between a Savannah garden and a European manor.

The details were deliberate and layered, with custom signature cocktail menus featuring the couple’s dogs (still our favorite trend), a live saxophonist filling the cocktail hour with sweet notes, and a bride who changed into a sequined mini dress to close out the night on the dance floor.

This is what luxury planning looks like: nothing left to chance, nothing that feels forced, and a couple who could actually be present for every moment of it.

Marriage is a living, breathing thing.

Full of color, warmth, and moments that catch the light in ways you never expected. Tom and Abby’s Hilton Head celebration was EXACTLY that, rendered in the most vivid palette the Lowcountry has ever seen.

Coral and periwinkle and citrus yellow. Petals scattered across sun-warmed wood. A sky so blue it looked painted. The kind of afternoon that makes you believe everything was always going to be exactly this beautiful.

The details told the story as well as the vows did. Lush garden arrangements spilling from every surface. Sage green es**rt cards and dusty blue menus and invitation suites floating in pool light. Rattan chargers and wishbone chairs and a cake dressed in ranunculus and tulips. A dip kiss that stopped time. A dance floor that proved joy is contagious.

When a wedding this thoughtfully designed meets a couple this deeply in love, the result isn’t just a celebration. It is a complete world, built for one perfect day, felt for a lifetime.
