This weekend, our team will be participating in a People's Choice event at Hard Truth Distillery. This presents a unique opportunity for attendees to experience a BBQ competition and sample the culinary creations of each contestant.

*** Spoiler Alert - We will be featuring our highly acclaimed Pork Belly Cinnamon Rolls, complete with Bourbon Cream Cheese Frosting. This particular product has not yet been introduced to the general public, having previously been exclusively presented to the esteemed celebrity judges of the World Food Championship.

NBBQA is for pitmasters, caterers, restaurant owners, sauce and rub makers, product companies, event organizers, backyard cooks with big dreams, sponsors, advertisers, educators, and everyone who wants to be connected to the barbecue world.

August 15th - we're doing a farm-to-table dinner at Broody Hen in Nolensville, TN.

We'll be working with locally grown chickens, fresh veggies from the garden, and local dessert and bread makers.

We're thinking through the menu right now, but we'll be using live fire techniques for all the dishes.

This is a non profit for people with special abilities so we are honored to be part of this organization.

Nashville KOA Campground has always been the go-to spot for campers visiting Old Opryland amusement park, the Opryland Hotel, and Nashville! 🏕️ The campground boasts beautiful grounds and excellent facility management, so we were thrilled when they ordered all of our products for their onsite store. Remember to stop by and grab some rubs and sauces if you're camping at the KOA!
