This is one of our customized charcuterie boards. I made this one for my dad's surprise birthday gathering. He is a Dallas fan so it was only right! This Dallas board included: Croccantini Artisian crackers, Garlic & Herb crackers, toasted garlic & onion baguettes, wheat baguettes, green & black grapes, Olive oil herb mixed Olives, mixed nuts including honey pistachios, pepperoni, prosciutto, Dry Coppa, Sweet Sopressata, Irish Cheddar, French Emmental cheese, Brie, Merlot Cheese, and Herb Gournay cheese. I also made a small "Super Bowl Sunday" Platter with some basics such as: Sausage meatballs, hot wings, fried wings, mini sausage, carrots, broccoli, celery, cherry tomatoes, and Bleu cheese olives

One of our smaller basic charcuterie boards. This board will generally feed 5 to 7 guests. This board includes: Garlic & Herb crackers, Irish Cheddar, French Emmental cheese, Colby Jack, Dry Coppa, Prosciutto, Sweet Sopressata,and Pepperoni. The accents include Cashews, Cucumber, Green and Black grapes, Home-made ranch, and Sweet Orange Marmalade jam.

This is to anyone that is striving for greatness like I am. Have NO expectations! Don't expect help, don't expect support, don't expect for everyone to root for you. It's not negative advice, It's preparation. I have had to condition my mind and prepare myself to accept that things will be what they will be. People in your life will be who they are with each setting and rising of the sun. Pray for them, wish them well, then continue to elevate. Step out on faith, create your own happiness, and go after the life that you know you deserve. It is not selfish, it's necessary for your mental and emotional stability. I am gonna need both if I'm going to run a successful business. God doesn't place more on us than we can bear. Let go and God! I mean literally! Let go and Let God!
