We were honored to serve the Cor Iesu 2026 Seminarian Dinner & Auction for the Diocese of Nashville: a night centered around community and generosity.

Large-scale service takes more than speed, it takes precision, preparation, and a team committed to hospitality at every level. We’re incredibly proud of our team for executing a plated entrée service for 1,000 guests in just 37 minutes while maintaining the elevated experience every guest deserves. 👩🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳
