Catering is not for the faint of heart. It is definitely not easy when your walk-in freezer goes down in Hellish like temperatures. Special thanks to Executive Chef Dave Williams and Bailey Holmes for saving the day. All food had to be transferred to one of our refrigerator trucks. We found out the hard way they can't be refueled with normal gas cans. Thank you Bailey and we will buy you some replacement clothes.

When I saw the design board from The Social Office (), I knew that those plates had to arrive to the guests with not just delicious flavors, but with bold colors too! And then I met two of the most delightful chairs ever to throw a party (Emily Sangervasi Mitchell & Carly Rolfe Symington) and I knew that nothing less than magic would do. A gigantic thank you to Dori, Margaret, my dear Deidre, and their entire team of event magicians, as well as all of the other insanely talented vendors that worked to make this event a success. (That's you The Florista!!! And Curated Events Nashville) And extra special thanks to the Clean Plate Club Culinary Team with special props to Chef Dave Williams who helped develop this menu into magic.
