A Maverick is a Highly skilled player who is also known as a Card Shark. Our name originates from the Nickname of the Poker Hand Queen Jack. It got its name from the hit Television Show "MAVERICK." We created this Elite Bar Poker League to allow ANYONE the opportunity to learn how to play the game and make it rewarding for Beginners and Professionals.
We aim to keep the playing field unbiased and show Equality for all. Maverick Poker Series is here to break any stereotypes, glass ceilings and show the Poker Community that we are One of a Kind. Maverick Poker Series will be giving away over $50,000 in Prizes this year alone. Our League is a FREE Bar Poker League where absolutely NO GAMBLING is allowed and it is PROHIBITED. All of our Dealers who represent Maverick Poker Series and Booth Life Records LLC are Independent Contractors that work only for Gratuities. We appreciate all of our Players. The majority of our Tournaments suggest a $5 Gratuity for your Starting Stack and each ReEntry as a Thank You to your Tournament Director or Secondary Dealers for devoting their time to deal the game.
