This kind and creative couple, James and Hayley, tied their Irish ☘️ knot at my favorite modern barn, Hickory Meadow!
The perfect venue and backdrop for their whimsical, enchanted forrest- themed wedding! Haley and Max do such a great job providing an open, roomy and comfortable space for their clients that really allow any vision, from green/white weddings to colorful whimsy ideas to take hold! 😍😍

Coordination/Florals/Planning/Decorating- Ever After Events by Mel:
Our team was honored and had a ball taking care of this couples florals, set up and decor tear down needs and I provided planning with Month of coordination to help make this day seamless, stress free and beautiful!! My amazing team this weekend was the very creative BJ as my floral assistant and the most excellent and talented decor duo of Sam and Penny!
We rocked it!

Florals- to highlight this very enchanted, whimsical theme, I had a wonderful flower shop meeting with Hayley and James at Import Flowers when it was still cold to pick out their favs! I also used the amazing Trader Joe’s to source many of the beauties! Garden, spray and standard roses, snapdragon, ruscus, snow willow branches, dahlias, limonium, mum and daisy varieties, parvifolia, dusty miller, peony, carnations, integrifolia, plumosous, tree fern, delphinium and stock plus more!! It was a joy to do this enchanted theme!! 😍😍😍

Photography & Videography - the very easy to work with, happy and fun duo of Kristin and Lindsey of TMT Weddings! I cannot say enough about these amazing gals! They were a breath of fresh air, so professional, great communicators, always keeping me in the loop, and some of the happiest, most creative visual artists as I call them, that I’ve had all year! Yep you guested it!! They made it to the KOOL KIDS LIST! 😎😎😎🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
I do have a strict set of standards and they met them with flying colors within 2 hours!!

Catering - Crave Catering - desserts were amazing!!🤩

DJ: Randy [email protected] was a pleasure to work with! Like myself, he has lots of experience and it was great to be able to trust all aspects of this sweet couples’ musical wishes to Randy! Also now on the KOOL KIDS LIST!! 😎😎😎

Photobooth- our friend at Lets Booth It! Did a great job making sure our couple and their guests had printouts for their fun photobooth experience! People were at this all night! Already on the KIOL KIDS LIST! 🫶🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

So many blessings and love to this sweet couple and their families and precious wedding party! They were amazing!!! ☘️✝️

From the very beginning, Sarah knew exactly what she wanted! And everyone stopped at nothing to help her wedding dreams come true!! I was so honored to take care of Month Of Coordination for them! 😍😍💕🫶🏻

Back out at a favorite venue of mine, the gorgeous Hidden Creek Farm Weddings & Events, James and Luana always work hard on every little detail of their venue and property to give their clients the best experience possible. James Austin and James kept the drinks flowing all night and this fun group knew how to party!!

DJ DK of DJ CONNECTION kept the vibe on time, the music up and there was more than one dance off this this cool crowd! 😎 🎙️

Moe's Southwest Grill took care of well known favorite taco eats and did not disappoint! 🤤 🌮

It has been an absolute pleasure assisting with the wedding planning process with Amanda Jo, making their special day truly unforgettable!

Levi & Amanda Jo invited 135 of their closest friends and family to share this special day with them! Most traveled hundreds of miles down to Tennessee to experience the finest upscale, sweetest country barn wedding this side of the Mississippi!!

The romantic Hidden Creek Farm Weddings & Events hosted our sweet couple! With a whole weekend to enjoy their beautiful property, James and Luana always go above and beyond for their couples!! They give a set up day and overnight suite for the bridal party on Friday, breakfast and mimosa’s package for all the gals Saturday morning, an overnight stay for the newlyweds so no need to rush out the wedding night, and a nice Sunday sleep-in morning before leaving for their next adventure! 🫶🏻😊

We had the honor to take care of some planning, full month of coordination, florals, and decor set up! My sweet friend and also a former bride, Samantha Wilson was my incredible assistant that I could not have done without!! 🙏🏻😘

Rehearsal Night Catering: Mission BBQ Clarksville, TN always delivers some of the best meat and southern fix-in’s!! We LOVE referring them to all the Hidden Creek clients!

Rehearsal Night Music: The musical wizard Jay Brag played entertained their welcome party of 60 with cool 😎 guitar and harmonica tunes for everyone to settle into the Music City country livin’ vibe.

Levi’s sweet mom Tamra made their rehearsal evening so fun decorating and with such a beautiful dessert display that rivaled some weddings!! 🤤 😍

Wedding day catering: Cutting Edge set up a homestyle dinner and Board and Cheesy for their appetizer charcuterie spread, so no one left hungry!
Cakes: Publix - always a tasty win!!

Photography/Videography: TMT company supplied us with the very talented Malone for photography and James Landers for videography. It cannot be said enough -THE FINAL EDITS ARE GOING TO BE MAGAZINE WORTHY! 🤩🎥📸

DJ: None other than the great Mike Emrick of We Bring The Party Events! We were step by step in sync to deliver a great event, and he sure did bring the party for all the guests and our happy couple! Professional, fun and talented you can’t go wrong with Mike!

Live Wedding Painter: Paintings by Mia really delivered a breathtaking work of romantic art with her live painting! It was a joy to work with and watch her create such a masterpiece that I know Levi and Amanda Jo will cherish for all time!

Wishing this special to my heart couple all the blessings and happiness wherever life takes them!

Kristina and Tanner’s ceremony was kissed by sprinkles and beautiful clouds, and blessed by the Lord with so much prayer and Holy Spirit, anyone could feel it!

We had the honor of taking care of ceremony and reception full set up at the romantic WindSong Farm Weddings & Events, full month of coordination and lots of beautiful wild flower themed florals for this sweet couple, who now has a special place in my heart. ❤️ Kristina is the sister of our great friends and helpers at the house, Daniel and Samuel. 🙏🏻🫶🏻

All other vendors were extra special too because they thy all were friends or family of this precious couple! What a blessing to have so many supporting you from the very beginning! Reminded me of mine and Ben’s wedding nearly 27 years ago!! 🫶🏻😘💕

Wedding season 2026 begins with Bella and Alex’s sweet love story!! 😍😍

At the beautiful Hickory Meadow, under romantic clouds, some love sprinkles and all of Gods blessings, Bella and Alex said their nuptials in the grove on April 24th 2026, and I was so honored to help make their wedding dreams come true!!!! 🙌🏻

My other brain, and bestie Dina was my assistant and we took care of all the florals with a soft southern chic style, as well as some decor set up and coordinating this blessed day! And Ben bought me this stylish comfortable new wedding side bag! I’m Im SO in love, it was so awesome! Thank you, babe!! 🫶🏻😘

Catering: Stephanie and her crew with B’yond Events and Catering is a new FAVORITE and has been added to the infamous Cool Kids List.
