Are you in the final stretch of planning your wedding and feeling overwhelmed? Twelve19 Events LLC's Month-of Coordination Package is designed to take the stress off your shoulders! We will step in 30 days before your big day to ensure every detail is perfectly executed.

We are offering our Gold Month of Coordination package with a Photo Booth for $1,500!

The package includes the following:

* One welcome meeting upon booking for the coordinator to gain an overall understanding of your wedding vision
* Two phone calls or zoom meetings before your big day for the day of timeline and to go over your decor vision (Starting 90 days out from your wedding day)
* Be the point of contact starting one month prior to your wedding
* Step in one month prior to your wedding and coordinate with all vendors involved
* Give your final guest count to those vendors who need it
* Walkthrough of your venue with any vendors who agree to join to better understand your ceremony and reception layout vision
* Coordinate with your vendors to convene what time they will arrive on your big day
* Coordinate to ensure the wedding day runs smoothly according to the timeline (Line up wedding party for ceremony, send them down the aisle at the correct time and in the correct order, que the DJ/band for the correct songs, prompt DJ/band to make certain announcements, make sure grand entrance/special dances/speeches begin on time, etc.)
* Collect gratuities from you on your big day to distribute to those vendors of your choice
* Guide guests in the correct direction for the ceremony or reception
* Answer any questions your guests may have during the cocktail hour
* Make a detailed day-of itinerary and distribute it to all vendors involved
* Management and coordination with all vendors and venue personnel
* Full decor set-up and breakdown for the ceremony and reception
* Keep everyone on the same track throughout the duration of the ceremony and reception
* Organize the send-off
* Make sure all vendors arrive on time
* Make sure all guests are seated in a timely manner to begin the ceremony on time
* Bridal emergency kit (Tylenol, bobby pins, safety pins, band-aids, etc.)
* Conduct one-hour rehearsal
* One planner and one assistant
* 12 hour-coordination (decor set-up and breakdown included in this time)

Do you only have access to your venue for a single day? Have you been STRESSING out trying to figure out how you or your family/friends will decorate, all while still having time to get ready for the wedding?

We offer decor services to ensure your wedding vision is executed!

Our decor services include:

• Setting decor for all guest tables (centerpieces, table numbers, charger plates, etc.)
• Setting decor for the ceremony arch (draping and real/faux flowers), ceremony aisle, and ceremony chairs
• Setting decor for the sweetheart, head, or king table
• Setting decor for the welcome (guestbook), gift, memorial, cake, and/or favor table
• Breakdown for all decor we set up

*Note: We do not hang nor drape anything from the ceiling.*

Each package is based on your guest count. There is an additional charge for each table over 20 tables. Below are the packages with the discount applied:

• Minor decor with decor not included (70 guests or less): $600
• Minor decor with decor from our inventory included (70 guests or less): $800
• Major decor with decor not included (71+ guests): $900
• Major decor with decor from our inventory included (71+ guests): $1,100

The packages allow you to use any decor we have in our inventory for FREE. (We do not supply all decor; we only provide what is in our inventory.) However, we will decorate with any decor you supply as well as with what’s in our inventory. You can browse our decor items at:
