Remembering last week’s NRAEF Hospitality Pathways conference - we took three youth to DC. For two of them it was their first time on an airplane, and for all of them it was their first experience traveling on their own.
One of them - Florence who has been in our program for three years - was invited to speak on a keynote panel one day at lunch. She shared about her experience in the program and what she has gained. When asked what she feels she brings to the program she beamed and shared that she brings good energy and makes the kitchen a fun place to be.
