Some of my projects that I worked on lately that I will be adding to my menus

•BBQ Baked Chicken with brown sugar glazed carrots, mashed potatoes and green beans
•Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin with brown gravy, basmati rice and honey glazed carrots
•And last but not least, a classic, steak and eggs 😋

Beef chuck that I stewed in mushroom onion gravy for 8 hours and then served over egg noodles. A spin on a recipe my grandma used to make for me growing up. I hope I made her proud 🥹 coming soon!

The spicy mayo I made on this was so good 🤤😍 LOADED fried chicken chicken sandwich. Option toppings will include pepperoncini peppers, different cheeses, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, pickles and mayo (regular or spicy)
