Hey Neighbors! My name is Benny Barber and If you have a moment, I would like to use this opportunity to tell you a little about myself.

Almost twenty years ago, my summer job in High School was cooking at Trattoria Simpatico, in my hometown of Jamestown, RI. Since the first potato peeled or pot scrubbed or possibly even before, I fell in love with the kitchen and its energy. What is more, it’s creation of those beautiful moments around sharing a meal. It is this moment I wish to make delicious and beautiful through food and art.

I have since traveled the world working, eating and learning about food and myself as a human, driven with this simple goal in mind: creating beautiful moments. After almost twenty years of learning and growing, I now get to share these experiences with you at our new store BSquared Prepared in Narragansett, RI. It is my goal to create and provide delicious hand-crafted foods for you in an affordable, convenient way using everything I have learned along the way.
