Yes, we’re the ones at the farm getting excited about fresh produce — because quality is everything, and you can taste the difference.

There’s a level of care that comes from sourcing locally — from choosing ingredients at their peak to supporting the people who grow them.

With the US Open Pickleball Championships coming up, we’re looking for a few friendly people to help with morning shifts at the truck.

📅 April 11–18
⏰ 7AM–1PM
📍 National Pickleball Center – Naples
💰 Paid position

You don’t have to work the whole week — even helping a few days is great!

Tasks may include taking orders, handing out food, restocking, light cleaning, and helping us keep the truck running smoothly during the rush.

We’re excited to be back at the US Open Pickleball Championships, the biggest pickleball tournament in the world! Join the excitement for a full week of world-class competition and the “Biggest Pickleball Party in the World.”
Swing by the Cuisineria truck between matches for some fresh farm-to-table bites.

Join us at the Great Canoe Races of Naples, a beloved local tradition where teams race handcrafted canoes down the Gordon River. Enjoy live music, local vendors, a beer tent, and a full day of waterfront festivities — all in support of the Conservancy of Southwest Florida.
Stop by the truck and grab a bite while you cheer on the racers!

Join us at EsteroFest for a full day of live music, family fun, local vendors, and great food. Stop by the truck and grab a bite while enjoying the festival!

Celebrate spring at Easter on the Farm! Egg hunts, hay rides, farm animals, and fun for the whole family. We’ll be there serving fresh bites during the festivities.

We came, we saw, we disrespected our surroundings (respectfully) lol.

Warped Tour has been a huge part of my life. From my first one back in 2011 to going religiously every year after — bringing cans to skip the line, volunteering with Tiffany, donating blood for backstage passes, working catering with TADA — that whole world is what pushed me toward food + music and eventually into building this little rolling kitchen we call Cuisineria.

The dream has always been simple: get a food truck and one day make it to Warped Tour. And hopefully that dream isn’t too far off now.

It also helps that Josh is just as obsessed lol. Truly, every couple should end up in a mosh pit together at least once.

I know Warped Tour was two weeks ago, but I’m still riding the high of being back in that community (with VIP lol). And this year we even got to meet THE and I just want to say THANK YOU — you created more than a festival; you created a safe place, a family, and a culture that changed so many of us. Hearing you talk about the past, the journey, and the future was honestly the highlight of the event.

Also, shoutout to the Side Stage N/A beer that Kevin helped design with — SO good.
And if anyone knows which vendor had the deep-fried pho… PLEASE drop their @ because I haven’t stopped thinking about it.

Can’t wait to share all of this with our daughter next year.

We’re kicking off the holiday season with Christmas festivals, pickleball tournaments, toy drives, and returning to one of the very first places that ever welcomed us. 💛

Farmer Mike's – Christmas at the Farm
Santa, sleigh rides, snow slides, animated light show, movie nights, hot chocolate, fire pits, and so many holiday activities for the whole family!

🏓 Dec 6 & 7 — 7am–1pm
USOP National Pickleball Center – Hall of Fame Tournament
We’re fueling players and fans during a big weekend — competitors are chasing their chance at a 2026 US Open Special Invitation!

🍻 Dec 6 — 5–9pm
Brookside Beer Market
We’re coming HOME. Brookside was one of the first places that invited us, and we’re so grateful for the community we found there. We can’t wait to be back! 🤍

Alliance for the Arts – Holiday Toy Drive
Help spread some joy this season! Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate and support kids in need while enjoying a festive night.

🚚✨ One Year on the Road ✨🚚

I can’t believe it’s been that long since we first rolled this little green truck out onto the road and started this wild, beautiful adventure.

This past year has been full of long days, lessons learned, and moments that reminded us why we do what we do. It hasn’t always been easy — far from it — but it’s been so worth it. The freedom this life brings, the people we’ve met, the friendships that have formed, and the community that’s grown around us… it’s more than we ever imagined when we started.

We truly couldn’t have done it without the support and love from so many amazing people — family, friends, fellow food truckers (food trucks gotta stick together💪💕), and everyone who’s stopped by, shared feedback, or just said hi. You’ve all become part of our story, and we’re so thankful for you.

As we roll into our second season here in Florida, I’ll be starting a little project — twice a month I’ll be giving shoutouts to the wonderful people who’ve helped us along the way. Because none of this happens alone.

Thank you for being part of our journey, for cheering us on, and for letting us share our food (and our hearts) with you. Here’s to another year of growth, gratitude, and good eats. 💕

We’re so excited to be part of Farmer Mike’s Fall Festival this year! 🌽✨ Come get lost in the 5-acre corn maze, pick your perfect pumpkin straight from the vine, and celebrate their 11th anniversary (every ticket comes with a free mini pumpkin 🧡).

And of course… don’t forget to stop by our food truck! We’ll be serving up farm-fresh goodies made with produce straight from the fields. 🥗🌯
